Shipping from Kenz Klean to your residence takes on average of 2-3 business days.

Sending in your sneakers is simple. Please refer to our mail-in sneaker cleaning service here.

On average it takes 2-3 days (does not include un-yellowing and any paint services, and orders over 3 pairs will take longer).

If there are any delays in service we will communicate with you to set a new completion date.

We do offer a 24 hour return service as an addon when ordering.

We do our best to set a realistic expectation for your clean. If unsatisfied we will do our best to fix the issue, and arrive at a conclusion that works for you. 

We take pride in setting a realistic expectation for every service performed. Upon consultation we will point out any damage or stains that will possibly remain after services are completed.
