Return Policy
If you change your mind about an item purchased from us, we may offer a refund or store credit under the following conditions:
- The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is provided.
- The merchandise is in saleable condition—unused, with all original sealed packaging or tags attached, and with product seals intact and untampered.
Our team will assess the item in-store to determine whether a refund or store credit will be provided according to our Returns Policy.
Important Notes
- Non-Refundable Costs:
Delivery fees and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. - Risk of Return Items:
Returned items are sent at your own risk. Kenz Klean is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. - Assessment and Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card).

Lost or Misplaced Parcels
Kenz Klean is not liable for parcels lost or misplaced by third-party couriers or contractors. This applies to all products sold and sneakers sent to or from our locations.
