Return & Refund
If you have changed your mind on items you have purchased with us, we may offer you a refund provided that the refund:
- Is made within 30 days of purchase.
- You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
- The merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered.
- Our team members will assess the item in-store to determine whether a refund or store credit will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Please note that delivery and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Please note that you hand in your returned items at your own risk. By sending in them to us you accept the responsibility of your items and we are not responsible for any damages incurred. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
This may vary depending on each individual case. If this happens to you we will review the order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Kenz Klean is not liable for parcels that have been lost or misplaced in transit by third party suppliers and/or contractors. This includes but is not limited to all products sold and sneakers sent to and from our locations.
