Shipping Policy

Kenz Kleans offers free pickup and drop-off within 15 km from Footscray for order of 5 pairs of sneakers or more.

Post and Courier

We provide tracking information for all shipping using Sendle (a registered B Corp and Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole). You will receive your tracking number once the item has been sent.

We offer free standard return shipping on Domestic (Australia) orders over $300 with Sendle cover policy for lost or damaged parcels of up to $300 (including GST). More information about the policy can be found at Sendle Extra Cover Policy.

Extra cover can be purchased at your own cost to cover up to a maximum covered value of $1,500. Please contact us at if you wish to add this extra cover.

Orders are generally processed within 1 – 3 business days.

Estimates on delivery time can be found at Sendle Shipping Calculator. These estimates are based on Sendle’s recent delivery performance and do not take into account any current disruptions that may cause delays.

Lost Delivery

Kenz Klean is not liable for parcels that have been lost or misplaced in transit by third-party suppliers and/or contractors. This includes but is not limited to all products sold and sneakers sent to and from our locations.

However, where a parcel is deemed lost, Kenz Klean will replace your order. The process to deem a parcel lost may take 7-14 days.

If the parcel contains shoes being sent to and from our locations, an insurance policy of up to $300 is provided. Additional insurance may be provided on enquiry. We are not liable for the success of the insurance claims but we will help you out with the process.

Undelivered Goods

Once the good has been scanned at their final destination Kenz Klean takes no responsibility for any lost goods. The courier companies will endeavour to leave the package in the safest and most practical place. If they don’t feel comfortable they will leave a note for re-delivery instructions.

Uncollected Goods

All un-collected orders will be held for a period of 6 months maximum. If you do not collect your items within this period Kenz Klean retains the right to dispose of those shoes or sneakers in whichever way deemed necessary.
