Where can I get my sneakers cleaned in Melbourne?
KENZ KLEAN cleans and restores sneakers across Melbourne. Drop your pair at the main store — 163 Barkly St, Footscray — or a partner spot in Sunshine West or St Albans, or book online and we return them free to your door in 3-5 business days.
What if my shoes get damaged?
They are covered by our damage guarantee. Every pair is photographed the moment we receive it and again when it is finished, cleaned to the material by hand, and if we damage your sneakers we make it right. Nothing is rushed and nothing is guessed at.
Do I have to book online first?
No. You can turn up at any drop-off spot and scan the QR code on the box to register your shoes and pick a service on the spot. Booking online first just means your order is already waiting when you arrive, and it creates your account so you can track it.
How do I get them back?
Standard and express orders are returned to your front door for free. The 24-hour turnaround is the exception: those must be dropped off and picked up at the main store in Footscray.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. Express is 2-3 business days for $10 per pair. A 24-hour return is $20 per pair.
What do you clean the shoes with?
Eco-friendly, baby-safe products. Each material — leather, mesh, suede, nubuck, canvas — gets a treatment matched to it.
Can I book an extra service on its own?
No. Sole protection, yellow sole whitening, reglue and full repaint only apply with a main cleaning service. Restoration already includes repainting, regluing and yellow sole whitening, so you are never charged for them twice.
Are the prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown includes GST, so the total you see is the total you pay. There is no tax added at checkout.
